Now to finish the list.

There is great fear that the higher tariffs on countries who are supposed to be our allies will cost many people their jobs.  I believe it is a fact and we should be afraid.

Lose of Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid and Food Stamps.  There are people who have lived paycheck-to-paycheck and can't afford insurance, much less have enough saved up to live on.  Don't you dare tell me it is their fault!  Not everyone has a good paying job or even a good paying job that will allow them to live comfortably when they retire.  If you are among the lucky ones, I am very happy for you and don't begrudge you your life.  Don't get so full of yourself that you believe everyone had the same opportunity as you, it doesn't work that way.  How much do you think retail salespeople, waiters/waitresses, people who work at Wal Mart and fast food places make?  Minimum wage won't get you anywhere and for some people, it is all they can get.  Groceries, rent, mortgage payments, utilities, clothing...the price on all of these have gone up. Don't even start on medication and going to the doctor. 

Pharmaceuticals are at liberty to charge outrageous amounts for meds that more than a few absolutely need in their lives.  With our current "leader" they can do whatever they want and people suffer more than you really want to know about.

Women's rights.  All of you who believe in "the right to life"...ha!  It sounds wonderful, generous, loving and "Christian".  It isn't!  If you don't believe in abortions that's okay but don't stop someone who is wanting/needing one!  You don't know their life and probably don't care to know what they are going through, just save the baby!  IF you really care about the baby then care about what is going to happen to it AFTER it is born.  Will it have enough to eat, a good education, a family that has time to spend with it and a chance to go to college and accomplish anything?  Most likely it will be born to a very poor family or a single Mom who will struggle to make ends meet with no chance the child will have the education it needs to make it in this country AND probably won't have enough to eat which messes with the development of the brain.  I have heard a few people (mostly Congressmen who are trying to be smart but end up sounding like total asses) say that if a woman is raped and gets pregnant it is a gift from God...if that is so I'm glad I don't believe in your God.  Come on use common sense. 
As far as other rights, women work as hard as men and get paid less.  We have ambition just like men but the field is lopsided.  There seems to be a fear that if women get paid as much as men they won't need men.  I've got news for you, we don't "need" men (although there are some women who believe they do), we just enjoy men in our lives.  The idea that a man will sexually harass a woman, rape her or beat her because he is just being a "man" is as stupid as can be.  Aren't you a little afraid that if women take over you may get the same treatment?  Sure, sounds like just the thing you want until you really have to put up with it.  Don't get me wrong, I KNOW there are women out there who act the same as you but thank goodness there aren't many.  When you men learn to control your penis, THEN you can tell us what to do with our bodies!

The Internet.  I don't like the idea that companies can control the internet by slowing it down and making the choice of what we see and what we don't.  I like the freedom of the internet.  The freedom to go down a stupid path of believing everything I read on the internet OR the freedom to check up on anything I read on the internet.  LEAVE THE INTERNET ALONE!

There are and have always been poor in the world.  They have always been in the U.S. even before and after it became a nation.  They were white, black, oriental, etc.  Don't look down on them, you are lucky, you could have been one of them, be thankful you weren't and aren't.  They are humans just like you, treat them as such.

There were two or three other things I was going to rant about but have somewhat covered them in the above paragraphs.

Now, let's talk politics.  Lets clear out the current Congress and start from scratch.  The current Congressmen/women, not all but the majority, have taken full advantage of their position and that was not what was supposed to happen.  Once we get them out we need to do several things as far as regulating them.  1.  They make only $14,000 per year and under no circumstances can they vote themselves a raise, THAT has to come from us, the people they represent!  2.  There will be no Lobbying, that's partly the cause of our problems now and it began in the '70's...time to put the brakes on.  3.  They can't take benefits from our military and give it to themselves, they haven't put their lives on the line and don't deserve.  4.  They don't get to have any benefits once they leave office.  They are not the President and don't deserve.  They are not out there representing the U.S. to other countries.  5.  This one they won't like one little bit!  They can only serve two four year terms!  No longer will they be able to stay in office doing nothing.  Which brings me to #6.
6.  If there is no activity, no voting, no bills made, etc....they don't get paid.  They can't leave for vacations until everything is taken care of beforehand.  7.  There will be no more gerrymandering to get the votes they want.  They won't be able to maneuver things so certain people can't vote.  This is supposed to be a free country where all can vote as they please and By God, I'm wanting it to become that way now!

Now for one that I believe is long past due.  Our education system is all wrong.  How are we to learn from History if we write it to make us look good when we are just as bad and have done things just as bad as our proclaimed enemies?  Really?  We're supposed to learn from lies?  Do you know how it feels to learn the truth 50 some odd years after finishing school?  It is maddening beyond belief, just ask me in person and I'll tell you!  Our children aren't as dumb as we want them to be and they need to be taught how to actually think.  Their brains can handle more than we believe.  How about having them learn Math, English, Science and all the others in a way that makes them want to learn.  A test paper from the 1800's had pupils learning math through things they did every day.  Writing, actual script that isn't taught anymore, worked a small part of the brain that can actually help in thinking.  Learning a foreign language you are actually going to use, such as Hispanic, makes your brain grow!  If children can take what they are taught and see how to use it in everyday life, they will be more than happy to learn, they will be eager.  With all of this, we could be among the top ten nations with a good education system.
